PREPARING FOR SUMMER FIRE
COMMUNITY MEETINGS

As part of Living with Fire CFA will be delivering Fire Ready Victoria Preparedness Meetings and Community Meetings - Interactive community meetings on street corners, or in local halls and fire stations that focus on basic bushfire behaviour, personal safety, house survival and recognition of local risk.

The North Warrandyte CFA Rural Fire Brigade has served the community of North Warrandyte since 1953. We are located at 115 Glynns Rd, North Warrandyte, just off the Research-Warrandyte Rd.

All houses and the entire area of North Warrandyte are protected by volunteer firefighters. We rely on your support to keep the brigade working effectively.

Location of Nth Warrandyte CFA

The response area covered by North Warrandyte's fire brigade is north of the Yarra River running along the Research-Warrandyte Rd and Kangaroo Ground Rd. This region borders with the Kangaroo Ground Fire Brigade to the north-east, Research's Fire Brigade to the north-west, Eltham to the west, Wonga Park and Warrandyte South to the east and south east and Warrandyte's Brigade to the south.

A recruits course for the three Warrandyte brigades runs from early January each year but we are always happy to have you come up any time during the year, take a look around and see if you think you have what it takes.
